Tidal Turbine

I am an inventor, working on a tidal turbine that only has 1 moving component and is energy efficient and can be manufactured at a minimal cost to fit practically any energy requirement. My drawings are complete and I am in the process of developing a working scale model. I am trying to find some funding to be able to complete my project and be able to present it as a reliable source of renewable energy. If anyone can point me in the right direction I will be very appreciative.
